HOW MUCH NOTICE IS NEEDED TO PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER?
We require 14 days notice for custom orders. The more in advance that you place an order, the sooner that your preferred date can be secured. It’s never too early to put in a request.
HOW MUCH DO CUSTOM COOKIES COST?
The base price per dozen is $70 Boxed, $80 individually bagged with coordinating curling ribbon. Pricing may increase based on the intricacy of design. Characters, Logos, Metallics and Painting add to the price per dozen.
WHY DO CUSTOM COOKIES COST SO MUCH?
Before this business we didn’t understand it either. A lot goes into your order before you receive the final product. Our process starts with purchasing premium ingredients which are costly.
Our dough is made from scratch, then rolled, cut and baked. Some designs require a hand-cut template. The decorating process requires a lot of steps: design and font planning, base icing, decorating, etc.
Then the royal icing is made and mixed to match the desired colors of each order. Details are done in stages and each needs time to dry before adding the next detail. Cookies are then bagged or packaged for pickup.
We are ingredient, design, and color snobs because we care about the quality of the products we produce.
IS THERE A MINIMUM FOR CUSTOM COOKIES?
There is a one dozen minimum for custom cookies. The standard size for our cookies are 3″-4″.
DO YOU OFFER VEGAN OR GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS?
We offer vegan and gluten free cakes, and gluten free cookies. We can also make any of our bakery items gluten free or vegan with 48 hours notice.
DO YOU DELIVER?
Delivery is for custom orders only. Delivery of retail bakery items are handled through Uber Eats.
DO YOU HAVE BAKERY ITEMS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE DAILY?
Yes! You can check out our online store to see our current offerings. We bake in small batches, if you would like a dozen or more of any one item please order online to choose your pickup day/time.
WHERE DID MY FAVORITE BROWNIE/COOKIE/PIE BAR GO?!
Our menu changes monthly. However, any previous menu item can be ordered upon request with a one dozen .
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
Once details are confirmed, you will be sent an invoice to pay via email. The invoice must be paid in full to confirm your order/date on the calendar. You will be given 48 hours to pay the invoice to avoid losing your place on the calendar.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
We understand life happens. If you need to cancel an order please call the bakery. Cancellations requested with more than 14 days notice will receive an 80% refund. Less than 14 days notice will receive no refund. We appreciate your understanding.
